Connecting young people across the globe.
GYG Global provides young people with an online platform to discuss the issues that matter to them - with other young people from across the world.
The project is supported by and works in partnership with 5Rights Foundation, founded by Baroness Beeban Kidron OBE.
In the past 18 months young people from GYG to have held insightful and eye-opening online discussions with young people in South Africa, Virginia, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka and Sudan.
Each conversation has shown great similarities in the issues that young people are concerned about, including environmental issues to the stark differences in their communities.
Working with 5Rights Foundation we have held discussions digital safety - which has fed into the Online Safety Bill, which is being discussed in the House of Lords.
