Gen-Z zine-making group

If you're interested in creating your own magazine, this is for you. Photography, writing and journalism, editing, graphic design and styling all feature in the project.
Led by professional illustrator Ania Bas, the group aim to learn from industry professionals and produce their own magazine in the coming year. The group have already been on two trips to see how different publications are produced, including meeting the editorial team from Dazed magazine in London.
So, if you want to see your work and ideas come to life join the Gen Z sessions. It's completely FREE and open to young people aged 13 - 19years or 25 with additional needs.
Gen Z is run by our Whitstable Biennale in partnership with The Grand and GYG, Gen-Z meet every fortnight on Mondays here at The Grand.
