Get Fit at the Grand
FREE weekly fitness sessions designed for young people.
Get fit and feel good in our energised workout sessions.
Lasting 45 minutes, these classes include skipping, kettlebells, slam balls and wall balls. You'll get stronger, fitter and healthier.
Each session has been programmed by our in-house trainer.
The sessions will run from 4:30pm to 5:15pm for girls and 5:30pm to 6:15pm for boys.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Location: The Grand Healthy Living Centre, 26 King Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2DU.
