Youth Job Club

Youth Job Club

We can help you search for a job or college and university studies.
Each week we run a drop-in session for 16-19 year-olds and help with writing CVs and covering letters, searching online for jobs, apprenticeships and college courses.

We can help with interview skills too. From making a good impression, to taking part in practice interviews which will help you prepare your answers.

If you’re applying for college or university we can support you completing your UCAS application.

Our sessions are friendly, relaxed and supportive. And if you’re not sure what to write on your CV, we’ll help you work out your skills and achievements to help you stand out from the crowd.

We have computers for young people to use to search for opportunities, and a friendly team on hand to advise and support.

The drop-in sessions mean you don’t need to wait for an appointment, you can turn up and join in.

So, if you spot an opportunity but need a hand preparing for it, you can pop-in each Wednesday afternoon for a helping hand.

Each Wednesday from 3pm until 6pm. Please keep in mind you may need approx. an hour per session.
